Great stay! Very responsive owner and easy check in/out. The location was perfect. It’s so close to the big house, great coffee shop and restaurants near by. Would 100% recommend.
Stayed for a weekend with 3 of my best friends and we loved our stay. The house was clean and had a comfortable and cozy vibe. Paul made himself available for any questions and made things as easy as possible. Highly recommend this house. Great location as well.
This property was clean with a nice location & amenities. The check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive with any concerns, highly recommended. 5/5
We had a great family stay. This house, in a nice quiet neighborhood, was cozy and convenient to the stadium, campus, downtown AA and parks with playgrounds. Paul was responsive with all communications. Property worked out very well for us!
This was the perfect house for our family as we gathered in Ann Arbor for my daughter’s graduation. The house was super accessible to everything in A2 and comfortably accommodated 8 of us sleeping there and the first floor kitchen and living space was comfy and spacious. The host was super accessible and accommodating.
This house was perfect for five friends spending a long weekend in Ann Arbor. Nicely decorated and clean. Walking distance to the Big House! Couldn’t have ask for more!!
We gathered in Ann Arbor for a Michigan hockey game. The house was the perfect size and layout for our group. Paul was great and his communication was excellent. Would love to stay here again in the future.
We got married in Ann Arbor this weekend and stayed with our family at this beautiful property! The house photographed so well for getting ready for the big day. Thank you!
Clean property with great access to UM sports facilities.
This house was accurate and adequate in size for what we needed. It was a very clean property and the check-in/checkout procedures were easy to follow and streamlined. The only critique is that one of the beds is on a homemade platform that continually broke when you tried to sleep on it. Additionally, the air conditioning on the second unit was finicky during a heat wave that we experienced. however, the basement and first floor were adequately cooled. It also listed workout equipment available, but that seems to be a stretch of a description.
The home was beautiful and looked exactly the way it was described. The host was helpful and responsive. We had a full weekend of events at various locations around Ann Arbor and this location was perfectly located to be 5-7 minutes away from most everything! The porch was lovely and we had a chance to just sit and listen to the birds and enjoy a quiet afternoon in a peaceful neighborhood. All in all... it was an outstanding stay and we look forward to coming back again!
Brought our two young sons into town for a quick visit. House was big enough, clean, well stocked, and located very close to attractions and conveniences.
I had contacted Paul a few days ahead of check-in to inquire if the house had a pack and play. Paul informed me, he would purchase one for our stay and it will be available when we arrive. He followed through and we really appreciated the hospitality!
We had a great stay. Thank you to the hosts for being very accomodating!!
We were in town for a family wedding. Our group had 4 adults and 2 kids. Here's a summary of our stay:
Pros:
- Location - short drive to restaurants, walking distance to stadium and park with a great play structure for kids.
- Spacious - basement level - sitting area, laundry, full bathroom and a bed (not a full bedroom), first level - kitchen, half bath, living area, second level - 3 spacious sized bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, loft - just one bed (no walls)
- Kitchen was stocked with basic items (plates, utensils, soap, paper towels, cups, coffee machine with pods, etc).
- Bathrooms had mini sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion
Cons:
- Laundry machines - washer was very dirty and filled with mold (detergent area and front area)
- Basement area was very cold, sounds of water dripping and smells of mold (maybe from laundry machine?)
- Beds and linen were not very comfortable
- A lot of things were broken before our stay: sliding blinds next to kitchen/dining area, door handles or drawer knobs broken/missing, etc
- Shower head in primary suite was a handheld that sprayed water only in the corner vs middle (not a relaxing shower experience to be up against the wall)
- Loft area was not used. There is nothing up there except an uncomfortable squeaky bed. No storage, cabinets, etc. Stairs are also super narrow. One of us fell coming down.
