Location was really nice and walking distance to the beach, however, it was a bit far from the restaurants and shopping if you wanted to walk. If you use the car, you have to fight for a parking space, pay and fight traffic. Studio apt. was nice, but did not have AC and was not insulated so it was very hot and humid. I believe landlord was insulating it after I left but not sure why she couldn't have done that before the season started. Nextdoor neighbors were not very friendly.
a fun and relaxing vacation
My daughter and her husband and 9 month old spent a week in this beautiful property. It had just been renovated and was very cozy for a couple and centrally located for a nice vacation. We were able to watch the fireworks in comfort from the large back deck. Our only problem was the heat so bring fans. We would definitely recommend this property and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Jeanne July 2018
Perfect for our trip
My boyfriend and I wanted a small place to stay while we explored the area. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us and the price was right as well. It was very clean. We would definitely recommend it!
Wonderful place, wonderful space!
Really enjoyed my one-month stay here. I was traveling solo, and it was more than enough space for one, and would be for a couple as well. You have everything you need for a great stay. No stove in the kitchen, but there were two hotplates that more than sufficed for making simple meals.
LOVED the deck with the marsh view out the back. There's something about the marsh view that's almost as hypnotic as the ocean. And while the space is small and compact, having all glass on the front and back makes it all feel more spacious (AND provides great breezes). I looked at a unit with an ocean view, but no marsh view, and I'd take this "light-on-both-ends" view over one side any day, especially given that you're only 100 yds or so from the beach.
Natasha checked in regularly to see if I needed anything, which was most appreciated. Beds could be firmer, but I understand a renovation is on tap, and I'm sure that'll be corrected.
great location/very quiet
Great location! beach across the road, marsh off the back deck.
Close to great eats and ice cream! i.e.:Beach Plum
i did feel the studio was run down and could use a good floor to ceiling clean(including deck)..."rough around the edges".
It was very quiet!! I would stay again.
1 mile north of the boardwalk.
