Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom townhouse that puts you in the center of everything that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Walk one block to the beach or one block to Splash Harbour Waterpark! You will also be walking distance to restaurants and shops right in the heart of Independence Square! This unit offers direct access to the pool and also has an attached 2 car tandem garage. There is a spacious kitchen for cooking if you don't feel like leaving this lush and scenic home with a total of 4 outdoor balcony spaces. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king bed. The secondary upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and a twin on top and access to a full size bathroom just outside the bedroom. The third bedroom of the main living area has a a queen size bed and full bath across the hall. You will never want to leave!
