Welcome to our cozy two-story home, a charming and comfortable retreat that offers a unique blend of convenience and character. The upper level of our home is designed to cater to your everyday needs. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living area that provides a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The upstairs bathroom offers both functionality and style. It features a full bath and shower, ensuring you have all the conveniences you need to stay refreshed. Additionally, tucked away within the bathroom is a convenient laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer. A spacious cabinet in the bathroom provides beach towels, first aid, and storage space for your essentials. The downstairs area is a unique and private retreat within the home. It offers a separate entrance and an array of amenities, including a sink area for your convenience. A toilet is also available on this level, reducing the need to venture upstairs during the night. A circular driveway offers convenient parking and plenty of space for unloading your vehicle. The property is enclosed by a fence and a line of trees, ensuring privacy from neighboring homes. Positioned right by the waterfront, the house boasts stunning vistas and effortless access to the shore. We offer two kayaks and life jackets for your use during your stay. The local boat launch is just a quick drive away from the property. We enjoy fishing from the shoreline and exploring the island opposite our residence. The dual decks provide fantastic views both in the morning and evening.
