Being west of Rt. 41, Emerald Bay is in a desirable location close to beaches, restaurants andgolf courses. The condo is a 2 bedroom two bathroom on the first floor. The master suite has a king size bed and walk in closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and cable. The dining room with high top table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, bright and clean. The living space has modern, comfortable furniture and new vinyl flooring.The lanai faces the pool, jacuzzi, and one of 2 clubhouses. It's approximately 100 ft away however, still private due to great landscaping features. Pictures will be updated soon.

We are located west of Rt 41, which puts us in the middle of the beauty, fine dining and several gorgeous beaches within 2 miles. It truly is a gem. Also because of the 3 month rental requirement, there are many people who have rented for years, have friends. It truly is a welcoming community you will want to return to over and over.
