Experience the history of Ozarks and the Buffalo River in this one of a kind and fully renovated 80 year old barn!

This fully renovated 80 year old barn sits just minutes from the Buffalo River and Little Buffalo River. Cabin has stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, fire pit, high speed internet, 8 person hot tub, lots of local wildlife, electric vehicle charging station, gas grill and most importantly, complete privacy on this secluded 82 acre homestead!

A truly one of a kind stay.

The Master bedroom features a custom-built queen bed, reading lights, 50” 4k TV, dresser and closet. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

The en suite master bathroom features a custom built walk in shower and double sinks. The bathroom is stocked with soak salts, extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash, shampoo.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a double oven, dishes, cookware and utensils to make the perfect homestyle meals for friends and family.

The dining room has seating for 4 and the island seats another 2.

The living room boasts high ceilings, large windows with natural light, gas fireplace large couch, 4k TV, and a desk for a computer. The living room also has a Bluetooth speaker to take outside and a flashlight for viewing wildlife.

The bunkroom has custom full built bunk beds plus a futon. Built-in wall shelfs for personal items, a dresser and 4k TV, mini SNES console with 1000s of games. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

Bunkroom bathroom has a shower/tub combination with sink. The bathroom is stocked with extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash and shampoo.

The back deck features fantastic views of the forest and mountains, 8-person hot tub, ice chest, built-in fans and seating for the entire family.

Just down the deck stairs we have a large gravel area fire ring with seating for 8.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house including the 82 acres surrounding it.

Short distance from the quaint little town of Jasper and few miles to the Buffalo National River. The area boasts great hiking, seasonal waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain biking, and much more. The perfect place to getaway from it all and recharge.

There is an RV spot with electric and water hookups that is also available for an additional fee.

We loved our stay at The Barn. The space is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal and just had to bring the food, everything else was there. Our kids loved the bunk beds and hot tub. The views outside are amazing. This place really has everything! And the hosts are so thoughtful and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful place to stay.

The photos of this place don’t do it justice. 5 minutes away from a great swimming hole, beautiful view of the Arkansas mountains, great layout and decor, pet friendly, nice hot tub and cozy atmosphere. This place is clean and very well maintained. We all really enjoyed our stay at the barn.

Everything about this home was great, it had anything you could possibly need and more. The views were great and the drive in was “adventurous”. We loved the hot tub after long days of hiking and kayaking. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at the Barn during our trip! My family and I had everything we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable while there. The Barn was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the appliances were new and efficient. We enjoyed exploring the Buffalo River during the day and coming back to the hot tub at night. We will definitely recommend the Barn to our friends and family and we hope to be back next year!

Beautiful long weekend spent at the Barn! We loved everything; the well stocked kitchen, stable wifi, super comfy beds, the patio with outdoor amenities... the patio fans were a godsend in the heat. We were able to enjoy a ton of time outside with those fans! The hot tub with a view was wonderful too! Super quiet area, close to the river and even more gorgeous views. We would definitely love to come back!

The Barn was everything that was described in the review and more. There is a mile plus drive on a dirt road but you do reach it. It could not have been more comfortable to come back and relax on the porch after a day of hiking and exploring. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy an evening meal. The host was very responsive to the questions we had. Would highly recommend the Barn as a place to stay in the Ozarks.

The Barn was the perfect getaway! We loved all the details and the coziness of the space. The view was beautiful, the beds were cozy and the hot tub was awesome! Would highly recommend for a secluded getaway in the Ozark Mountains.

Had all the essentials..kitchen had pots/pans/etc. Some basic staples. Stores and restaurants, basically everything was about 20 minutes away. Just far enough to get away but close enough if you needed something. Clean house. Hottub was easy to operate and got hot enough. Enough outdoor stuff nearbybto keep you busy..but confortable enough if you wanted to stay in.

Perfect Getaway

We booked here for the eclipse in April. It was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. You could tell they put a lot of time in effort into every single detail to make this the perfect getaway. Also extremely close to the National Park.

Cozy Barn Cabin

My husband and I spent a weekend at The Barn Cabin and absolutely loved our stay. We have no complaints. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than I’ve ever seen in a rental. The living area was so comfortable and we spent plenty of time relaxing on the sectional. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be going back for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful, Private & Cozy

This place was exactly what we were wanting and was private and secluded in the middle of nowhere basically. It was comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated! The bed was comfy and we slept great! The hot tub was so nice, clean & relaxing! The Barn had wonderful amenities and supplies! Definitely recommend and have to say it was a wonderful place to stay for us! Look forward to coming back one day!

Best Barn Ever

Well people always ask if you were born in a barn. Well if i were i would want it to be this one. Everthing was top notch. The decorations and attention to every little detail was over the top. The view of stars last nght was amazing. I would definetly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic property!

This place was perfection. Beautiful space. Loved the barn atmosphere but updated to ultra modern style. The bed is very comfortable as is the couch. The fireplace and jacuzzi are what made it for me, however. After long days hiking in the Richland Wilderness and bushwhacking around the Pedestal Rocks area, coming back to that hot tub and firepit with a cold beverage was heaven. Max's place is worth every dime. Totally secluded so the dogs could roam and all we heard were coyotes and birds. Tons of space to explore on the property as well. We will be back this fall.
