Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

HORRIBLE I had a horrible experience here. Sure it was cute but it was a newly renovated and done in a rush. It was DIRTY in the parking area as well as the courtyard. The courtyard had garbage and cigarettes everywhere. For it being a smoke free place my unit smelled like cigarettes and ALL THE WINDOWS were unlocked with windows all cracked open to air it out. One room was so bad we had to keep the door closed the whole time. THEN A ROACH WAS IN OUR ROOM. OWNER IS UNREACHABLE THE WHOLE TIME!!! Horrible horrible horrible
