Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash: • Take the trash and recycling out. Trash goes in the brown bin, recycling in the green bin, under carport except potentially on Monday, they may be at the street for pick up.
$10 fee will be assessed for missing keys.

Please respect the noise level of the neighborhood.
Before check out take trash out and put in the brown bin, on Mondays it may be at the street for pick up. Pull sheets and put towels in the shower.
If you smoke outside please clean up and dispose of you butts properly (not on the ground).

We had a great visit to Nashville. The apartment was cozy, eclectic and welcoming. We had a great time seeing the area but also enjoyed resting on the comfy bed there. If anyone wants a great place for two, while staying in Nashville, I would tell them about this place!

We loved our stay! The room was definitely one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The bed is very comfortable, location is easy to get to from downtown Nashville - just a 15/20 minute drive and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, rather than the busy loud main strip off Broadway. The room was perfect for our stay and would book again for sure.

This was a great little spot in a quiet neighborhood, yet still about 15-20 minutes to everything in Nashville. Rosalie was very communicative and friendly, the shower pressure was nice , and I kept admiring her beautiful gardens every time I came/went. Check in and out were easy as well!

Such a cute little boho apartment! It had so much charm and character, and the decor gave it a cozy, relaxed vibe. The space was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, which made it easy to get to the action but still nice to come back to a quiet spot. Would definitely stay here again!
