*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. We loved Rest Assured The amenities and location were perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our only complaint was a weird odor in the house esp as you went up each floor - something sour or cat urine-ish We would stay here again

There were 18 of us, several families with kiddos ranging from 1-25. The house was set up perfectly-the only think better would have been if the sofa in the living area of the 3rd story was a real bed, but they made it work. The pool was perfect size, and the walk to beach was a short and easy one! There were some issued with the home while we were there, but managing company was prompt with repairs. This was our first time on St. George Island, and the only thing we might do differently next time, is either stay closer to the entrance of the subdivision, or on the other side of the island near the State Park. We didnt like being so far in the neighborhood with the curvy roads-not a huge deal at all, just a minor preference. The drive from the gate to our house was longer than the gate to town. I was very impressed with this property management company. The house had limited things in kitchen, which is the norm, I guess we've just been spoiled in the past with spices and extra cooking supplies. Overall 10/10!

This was our 4th trip to SGI. We had 11 adults and two small children. Beautiful home! Very happy with our stay. For those traveling with infants, two of the bedroom closets are spacious enough for a pack and play. Wonderful surprise to find that one of the bunk rooms had been changed to another king bed which suited our needs perfectly but was different than the details contained in the property’s description. The additional downstairs refrigerator was perfect for storing all our drinks and provided easy access for packing a cooler. The beds are firm so you might want to take a foam topper if you prefer a softer bed. The house is nicely appointed and had almost everything we needed but glad I knew to take dish towels and dish rags as none were provided (which is typical with the rentals we have experienced). The pool is beautiful and served our needs well with two small children.
Each floor has its own a/c unit and thermostat.
We had one glitch: the top level a/c compressor went out on the 2nd day. The leasing company was responsive and brought free-standing a/c units for the upstairs bedroom. The a/c remained inoperable until the 6th day of our rental which rendered the top floor game room unusable for us. We received a partial refund which we felt was appropriate for the inconvenience.
Highly recommend this property and SGI. Can’t wait to return and hopefully rent this house again!
For the guest size, pool was small and hot tub was nowhere close to hot - but pictures made it look much larger. House wasn’t very clean - had to pick up empty plastic water bottles on deck, had to clean the ice scoop in the ice machine of something orange and sticky on it, most of the toilet roll holders were broken or barely hanging on. The two fridges was a nice advertisement but the downstairs one was unusable since it smelled fishy and uninviting. Also thought it was odd that there was someone there almost every day to do something - check the water, change the filters, check the temperature upstairs - I would have expected that the house would have been available as undisturbed for the rental time, especially for the price - would think those items would be done between rental times. The electric blinds in living room didn’t work - even after notifying - and another visit from maintenance stating that they were fixed, still didn’t work. Ball for foosball table was missing so couldn’t even utilize that offering. Locks on bedroom doors didn’t all work and not all rooms had all blind panels intact. Had to report a broken patio chair - even before the inspector left and The outdoor bbq grills were tiny and not pictured, although a part of description - very difficult to cook for a large group on such tiny outside camp grills. It was a ‘nice’ rental, but believe it was overpriced and we overpaid due to all things considered and stated. We will look for better offering

Regarding the cleanliness issues, we apologize for any oversight. We strive to maintain high standards and regret that you encountered any issues. Although these problems were not reported during your stay, we would have promptly addressed them if informed.
We understand your concerns about the maintenance visits. The technician who came out was at your request to repair the blinds, and our pool vendor and AC technician were scheduled to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. These visits are essential for maintaining the property, especially during the hot summer months and we do send all of our guest information about those visits in both the contract and the arrival instructions. We strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions of all amenities, including the BBQ grills. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
