Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated.
My college senior son lived on the same street as this unit in Conshohocken so location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with, great experience. Very comfortable stay.
Perfect location to downtown Conshohoken. The owner was very easy to deal with and prompt response when needed. A few tweaks are in the works. When they happen, this house will be a 5 star for sure!
We had a wonderful time in this fun, well appointed house in Conshohocken! It was very clean and spacious and exactly as it appeared in the photos. We had plenty of room to spread out and would love to stay here again in the future! Many thanks to our hosts!
Home is spacious. I do wish that the living room furniture were more comfortable. The owner was very responsive when I needed something or had questions. It’s a great location if visiting relatives at one of the nearby colleges.
This place needs a lot of work! The place is not comfortable and smelled like weed when we walked in at 11 at night with our elderly parents and 2 small children. Had 2 steep sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2nd level but none on the third. We had to turn the heat switch back on because it got turned off and was 63 degrees! The basement is really bad and that’s where the switch was and key to the cabinet in the kitchen that was to unlock the cabinet! Beds were very hard! Towel very old. Kitchen not very well-stocked and no icemaker. The host was nice and tried to help but definitely would not return!
Hi! This locale was perfect. It was a great stay. The o my thinks that needs to probably be looked at in the future is the bedding. One rooms duvet comforter was musty and smelled of dog and the room we were in personally had dog hair on the sheets. So if there is a way to make sure all the bedding was changed or looked at more closely that would be great!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our locale perfect!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the bedding. Cleanliness is our top priority, and we regret that this was not up to our usual standards during your stay. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we are addressing this issue immediately to ensure that it does not happen again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even better experience.
It's a place with a great location, close to the main street of Conshohocken. With easy access to the front door and plenty of parking right out front. We had a few people arrive via train, and the Conshohocken train station is very close. Each bedroom was plenty big enough and lots of closet space and full-length mirrors. They had a hair dryer and an iron, which was super helpful for our event we were attending. Two bathrooms was helpful for getting ready. The wifi was fine throughout all three floors of the house. The smart TV did not have screen casting though, so playing from my iPad didn't happen. However the TV was connected to a few providers already, so it was easy to put on some entertainment.
It was nice for 7 adults and kids. Loved the toys. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable!! Supplies were very minimal. Only two trash bags? One of the bathrooms had a window facing neighbor with no window cover ? Dining room chairs and table very cheap. Very little supplies , when you are traveling, you don’t bring toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.

Hi Lisa and thanks for choosing to stay with us! I'm sorry you felt the memory foam beds were uncomfortable...we purposefully chose different levels of firmness to the beds so folks could choose the one they liked best.
In the description as well as in a reminder message prior to arrival we communicate that we provide a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, and two rolls of toilet paper at each toilet. This is meant to get you started on a smooth stay prior to you going to any grocery store or otherwise. Unfortunately, when we provided an unlimited number of supplies in the past significant numbers would go missing.
We certainly try to make adjustments to this as we are provided feedback so we appreciate your insights for future guests! Thanks so much and I hope you enjoyed your time in Conshohocken!
This house was great for our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 adult children) as we had plenty of space. Clean and updated and very pleasant, responsive owner. Only considerations are that two of the mattresses are extra firm which may not please everyone. It's an older home with radiator heat, so heat varies by room e.g. kitchen is cold while upstairs bedroom gets very warm, so had to crack window at night. Location is convenient to downtown shops, but neighbors could be a bit loud (one instance of them talking loudly outside at 4am one). Also, living room furniture is decent but not very comfortable if sitting for TV watching. Overall this worked fine for a place to sleep while visiting family for Christmas.
This place was a good find for our family. The host is responsive. The place was clean. Easy to get to Philly (we drove) and surrounding areas. There was a parking space in front of the home. The surrounding area is ok and there were a couple times people were noisy outside but nothing late at night or early in the morning.
Positives: big place with nice rooms and foosball table, easy access to home, easy to find, clean, air conditioning
FYIs: checkout instructions say to run dishwasher but no detergent available, washer and dryer but no detergent, coffee pot and filters but no coffee, stairs are steep and there are 3 levels (all bedrooms are upstairs) so caution for anyone who has trouble with walking stairs
A good location in proximity to Philly but near the River on Hector across from apartments where occupants gathered until the late hours. Parking was tough to find on the busy street in the evenings.
The home was older but generally clean. A bit musty smelling with a few screw ends here and there sticking out in places.
Plenty of space and everyone had their own room. Beds are firm which we like. Plenty of fresh towels.
Booking is unforgiving with 1/2 non refundable immediately (even if you email to make a correction before the booking is accepted), so be sure you are serious when you book. Booking also comes with a long list of rules that are sent after booking. Makes sense once you arrive, but it would have been nice to see those upfront.

Thank you, Liz! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We truly appreciate your review. Just a quick note: we have parking space for 3-4 cars at the back, and we're in the process of installing a new dehumidifier. All house rules are listed in the property description, and our insurance provider requires guests to read and sign them.

Michael was a great guest; he followed all the House Rules and left the place spotless. Highly recommended
Born and raised in the area I am filled with information on all of the surrounding things to do! I love being able to provide a more home-like experience for those folks. I love to travel myself and so it is near and dear to my heart to have a great way of experiencing areas from a more "local" perspective.
Why they chose this property
This is so close to the bars, restaurants, and shops that you can even smell the menu from the ones right up the road! It's incredibly quiet yet in the middle of it all! It's just the perfect setting for being walkable to all that Conshohocken offers, including the train station!
What makes this property unique
It is the perfect blending of old and new! With some modern features coupled in with some of the "old world" details like the old fashion doors & door knobs, tall ceilings, and paneling in the 1st floor hallway. There is such a relaxed vibe in each room along with a SUPRISINGLY LARGE amount of space to accomodate you.
