The house was very nice in a really good location for seeing Door County. We stayed 7 nights in February with our pup who enjoyed being able to go outside and roam around freely. The house was very comfortable. It also had very good wifi snd TV service. Having a washer and dryer was really nice. The gas fireplace was nice, as well. We love Door County in the winter when there are very few tourists. There are so many places to hike to enjoy the snow, We would stay there again , for sure.

Beautiful Area

I loved that the place was dog friendly, so we could bring our four legged friend with. The area was quiet and beautiful. Inside was clean and spacious. Such a great vacation, thank you for letting us stay, we had so much fun :)

Lovely Home

Very well appointed. Home had everything we needed. Super cozy! Love the location; very quiet yet a short drive from town (2 minutes). One suggestion: maybe some board games, puzzles, books for the winter stays :). We will definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Home Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and the vaulted ceiling and fireplace were beautiful. We did have a couple issues, we were there for our anniversary, but there was no seating. I cantacted to rental office two separate days and was told i would receive a call back each time. Never heard back. Hence the 4 stars. But the property is beautiful and very conveniently located

Positives: GREAT location. Decent bedroom sizes and kitchen/living/dining room setup. Nice outdoor space w deck furniture and fire pit. Full size washer/dryer. Ample parking. Not-so-positives: Upstairs (primary) bath leaves much to be desired (very outdated; teeny tiny shower; sink outside bathroom). Not tub nor BBQ are disappointing. Property was NOT clean upon our arrival (hairs in bathrooms, stains on rugs and bedspreads, crumbs in refrigerator, appliances and counters gummy with fingerprints). And, despite multiple attempts to clean it, dining table was so sticky we had to put napkins under our table settings so we didn't stick to the table. Could, at minimum, provide placemats or tablecloths. When a cleaning fee is part of the rental, we expected that unit would be clean upon arrival. We left the unit cleaner than it was when we got there. Unlikely to return for this reason alone.

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is just a short drive up the hill from Fish Creek and is very private. We enjoyed the fire pit one night and the porch for reading. It had a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean and cozy. A couple of things that weren’t ideal….several of the window treatments were very close to falling off the wall, so we weren’t able to close them; there were several items we had to provide that are usually provided in houses we have stayed in previously (dishwasher soap, paper towels etc); and the instructions said we needed to wash and dry the towels before we left (which made showering more inconvenient since we left fairly early). These were minor things and overall we had a great experience!

We absolutely loved the home. Being in Door County in the winter is so peaceful and special. It was so cozy and warm and we loved having our pup with us. Will absolutely be back!
