Over 2 acres makes this retreat private and quiet for you while your kids can sled in the back yard. Views of Bald mountain to the South and Views of the Boulder mountains to the north. This private, quiet, old home will provide you and your family the perfect location getaway for the winter. The only traffic you will see is that of Elk and Deer and Bear in the fall. Come home after a long day of skiing and enjoy the sauna and cozy fire in the fireplace and watch the alpenglow dance off the Boulder mountains and Griffin Butte.
