Picture yourself seated in the rocker on the porch breathing in the refreshing clean air while you relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Webhannet river. Your worries from the week will be over when you consume the relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful 1st floor end unit condo. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your own private table overlooking the tidal river. The beach/ocean is just steps away so in the morning get your coffee and doughnut at Congdon's and come back to enjoy the sunrise while you plan your day. There is something for every one. At affordable weekly summertime rates it doesn't get any better. Miles of beaches and summertime fun awaits you in the summer months. In the fall the foliage views are spectacular right from your slider. Beautiful walking trails nearby.

The unit is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme with a queen bed and a comfortable loveseat/sofa. The unit is most comfortable for a maximum of 2.
It's perfect for that romantic getaway!!!! There is parking for 1 car in the designated spot so you never have to waste time on route 1 in the traffic. 1st floor means no flights of stairs other than the first few to the 1st floor balcony.

Experience the various cuisines in top notch restaurants. There is something for everyone. If you would rather cook then the grocery store is conveniently located within 1/4 mile enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, (keurig), griddle, blender, and all the common cooking supplies (dishes, pots/pans/utensils etc).

Sheets and blankets are provided but you need to bring your own towels. There is AC, heat, large tv, dvd player . It is not wheelchair accessible and has 6 steps to the landing. No smoking and no pets are allowed in this unit.

Additional items include basic paper supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, tinfoil's and plastic wraps, common cooking spices, a small video library, books, games and puzzles. I try to provide the conveniences of home so less packing on your part.
It’s all here in the heart of it all. Come and enjoy a piece of paradise!!!!

Our stay at this condo was reallygreat! The place was exceptionally clean and very cozy! Communicating with the host was important to us and she was the best! We really felt at home here and found that everything was close by so we were able to walk to and from the beach and a few restaurants in a matter of minutes. Really a great time and we’re ready to go back next year! She gets a 10 out of 5!

What an amazing quaint little town to stay in, in order to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine. Wells is a great hub for enjoyinh all things coastal. Marsha was great to work with. A perfect hostess! This place was clean, quiet and beautiful views. Marsha is a great host. We walked to the beach every night after dinner. You can launch kayaks right off the property. There were absolutely no negatives about this property. I am definitely going back.

Great first stay in the Northeast

From booking to checkout everything Marsha made everything very easy for us. She even provided towels since we were out of state. The marsh and beach levels were so cool to watch and the location has a few restaurants within walking distance. I like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to anyone!

From start to finish, Marsha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you'd need. The whole space was clean and well maintained. Perfect size for two people. Great views--we even saw a baby seal in the water outside the property! Very easy walk to the beach and shops. One of the best vacations we've ever had. We can't wait to go back!!!!

Paradise in Wells ME.

I truly can’t say enough about this property, with a gorgeous view of the marsh, a 3 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities I could desire in this recently renovated unit. Marsha the owner couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Minutes from some of the best Seafood, Steak, Sushi and Italian restaurants in town. I’ve already booked for next year!

Adorable Beach getaway

The room was intimate. Everything needed for a day at the beach. Walk to Wells Beach a few cute counter service restaurants and a few shops. Great neighborhood everyone was friendly and you can walk everywhere. That tidal marsh changed every day and even though it rained every day. There was also some sun. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

We came to Maine for the Maine Coast Marathon. This lovely, beach-themed condo provided the perfect stay! On the water views, warm and welcoming host, and all the anemities we could want. A grocery store close by, excellent restaurants, birds sweeping over the water! It was beautiful. Our host even left us a welcoming note and sweet treat- and remembered I was gluten free! That was a delightful touch. We had a nice Keurig for morning coffee, super water pressure (!) for a bath and hot showers and soft sheets on the bed. We will be back.

Ideal Location

Wells Beach was ideal because it is between Kennebunkport & Ogunquit / Perkins Cove. We went to several area beaches, restaurants, boutiques & the interstate is nearby as well so we also went to Portland & Portsmouth, NH on day trips. In Marsha’s condo unit - Harbor Side - everyone was very friendly & spot on w/ suggestions for restaurants. Marsha was always available to consult w/ questions. It is a small studio condo & Marsha was very upfront about that prior to accepting our reservation, which was appreciated. It depends what you’re looking for as far as size but worked for us.

A Hidden Gem!

I can't say enough about my stay here. From start to finish it was wonderful! Marsha, the owner made me feel like a guest in her home. She provided everything I needed from soup to nuts. Her place is gorgous! The view from her deck is spectacular and I could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. All the great restaurants are minutes away. The attention to detail was great. I got a great little package of welcome gifts and a full assortment of all the things to do in the area. Everything in her unit is brand new. Big TV and all new appliances and cabinets. I'm all booked for next year! Thanks Marsha! Can't wait to see you again!

Small, but Awesome !

Marsha was a great host. Communication was spot on.questions answered quickly . Ck in easy. The place looks smaller in person however for 2 people it’s just fine. She has everything needed to enjoy beach(umbrella, chairs , sand mats, small cooler)or cook if you want. She even has drying rack which helped immensely. ( better then what I had brought.) Nice for us to have a view w/ chairs/table for coffee in the morning or lunch. close to beach, quiet condo. Lovely new kitchen, apartment size stove/oven and fridge. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbors. Area nice for families. Would love to return in fall or next year. 😊

Great Location, Place & Owner!

We were looking for a laid back place to relax, enjoy our wedding anniversary and explore southern Maine...and we were successful! This is the perfect location to drive to many local beaches, explore Portland and shop in Freeport. We called the studio our "tiny house," because it had every comfort we needed in a compact, but not crowded, space. Marsha decorated the place impeccably and has fun nautical dishes and glassware. We cooked breakfast every morning in the tiny kitchen and grilled fish and steak on the outdoor grill. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy glasses of wine and the sunset. The beach is so close and is beautiful for morning and evening long walks and adventures. All in all, this is a perfect location and so relaxing! Marsha is a great homeowner and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We appreciated her special note and treat when we arrived and were very impressed on how clean and well-appointed the condo was. You can't go wrong if you rent from Marsha and land in Wells Beach, Maine!

Why they chose this property

You can not beat this location. It is in the heart of it all. Breathtaking views right from the slider. Shops and restaurants and the ocean just walking steps away. Kittery outlets, York beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunk are all within 5-20 minute drive. But if you never want to leave the area you don't even need to go on route 1 because you have it all right here. Just park your car and enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Just park your car and leave it. You have it all right here. You have a beautiful water view, the friendliest of neighbors, walking to the beach or quaint shops, and restaurants and bar in walking distance. The grocery store is 1/4 mile and you don't need to get onto route 1 to get there from the unit. So just park and relax and enjoy!!!
