We have enhanced cleaning policy in place since the COVID-19 pandemic. Be mindful that our cleaning service will need extra time to do a thorough job. PLEASE do not come if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who has had the symptoms of the Coronavirus.

Our Sandy Square condominium is in the best locations in Ocean City, Maryland as it is situated right on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean away from the hustle and bustle. We have a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 full bath unit that you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better “home base” while vacationing in this popular East coast resort town. Our unit was the builder's model as can be seen in the special decor. There's plenty of free private as well.

A variety of local activities may lure you away from your cozy spot on the beach. Whether your interests lie in offshore fishing, parasailing, bicycling, jet-skiing, amusement parks, jet boat rides, tennis, sunset cruises, you‘ll find it here. Visit the world famous wild horses at Assateague Island and go berry picking near by. If golf is your game, play one or several of the beautiful world class gold courses in the area or play miniature golf. There’s even an abundance of shops, boutiques, and outlet stores for shopping enthusiasts.

Imagine yourself on your own private ocean view balcony. The ocean breeze, sea gulls, and meditative calmness is only a call away. Taking beautiful photos of the sunrise over the ocean can bring you what you've been looking for. Sunsets on the bay are near by too. You can come to Sandy Square to make new memories.

Online pics were accurate, new flat screen TV's in unit. Property was clean and very spacious for a 3 bedroom unit in OC. No worries about parking or getting to the beach. Very close with good view of beach. Owner was great and very easy to deal with.

Perfect place at the beach!

This is the second year we have stayed in this unit in Ocean City, MD. It is a perfect location with just steps to the beach, great restaurants close by, and enough off the main highway to be very quiet. The owners are very nice and great to deal with as well. The unit was clean when we arrived and ready for our week of vacation. Thank you!

Great location for a family beach week!

This condo was a great location for a family beach week. There is everything you need in walking distance and there is a bike path up about 10 blocks that take you to more restaurants, putt putts and a big park. The condo was spacious and quite and we loved it was close enough to the beach we could easily walk back for a bathroom break or to get lunch. Thanks for a perfect week. We will be back.

My mom,sisters and our kids spent a wonderful week at Sandy Square!the location was great ,short walk to beach!the place was a great size with 3 big bedroom and a great living and kitchen area! We would rent again,thanks Ted for using VROB and letting us rent your beach condo! We did have minor problems with opening and shutting the porch sliding doors,they would fall off tracks which made difficult to open . Everything else great!

Needs some tlc

The location and view are great! The property needs some sprucing up and updates. Carpet needs to go. The microwave over the stove needs to be removed as it does not work. It has been replaced by a counter top model that takes up a lot of counter space. The plastic runners in the entry hall need to go. Bring extra tableware as there are only 3 dinner forks and 4 dinner knives.

A wonderful place to stay

Everything was great. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach location of the condo is perfect for a peaceful family getaway but located well enough so that getting to higher traffic areas such as the boardwalk is not a problem. Would defifnetely stay here again.

Comfortable Condo

Great place to hang out, eat and sleep comfortably minutes from the beach. The full size washer and dryer were a treat to use. The owner was very responsive and helpful and I hope to return next year!

Great family vacation

This property is wonderful. Spacious, clean and such a great view . Only steps to the beach which was great with our small grandchildren. We would definitely rent here again thank you.

Why they chose this property

My family has been vacationing in Ocean City since 1986. We bought this condo because it's right on the beach, close to everything but not too close to the boardwalk. We love the private parking, the large, long balcony, and full size washer and dryer.

What makes this property unique

Walk to restaurants, shopping, 30 steps from the beach. It's great to be able to take a bathroom break, fill up your thermos, get some more food and know you are only a two minute walk to your condo!
