You can stand at the kitchen sink and gaze out at the ocean. The condo has a beautiful pool with a spacious sundeck and plenty of sun as well. (Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.) Enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise or move to another of the three balconies and enjoy an incredible bay view sunset. You can park the car and never leave. Next to the Crab Cake Factory, the Carousel, close to Tail Chasers, Fast Eddie's, Green Turtle and other restaurants. Short walk to Northside Park. Our home at the beach is meticulously maintained and offers all the amenities you can think of, and more! The unit comfortably sleeps eight, but will accommodate 10. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, there are two full beds in the third bedroom and the family room offers a queen size sleep sofa. Blankets and pillows supplied by owner. Linens and towels can be obtained from local services; Let's Make Beds and Ocean City Beach And Linen Rental. There are lighted ceiling fans and clock radios in all three bedrooms. Roku televisions in all bedrooms and a Smart TV, with Roku in the family room. Stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., from your personal account. Stereo and a DVD player in the family room. Wi-Fi Internet service throughout year round. Our Home at the Beach has programmable central air and heat, and a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need, including a large crockpot for easy meals. Put your meal together in the morning, enjoy the beach all day and come back to dinner ready! The condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated!!

The unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season. Weekend rentals are available before Memorial Day, and after Labor Day.

This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. We only rent to families and DO NOT rent to groups of high school seniors or young adults. Condo will sleep 8-10.
