The living room offers leather seating, with access to another main patio and dining table seating. The kitchen and dining table make a great space for entertaining, or just enjoying a meal. A washer and dryer are here too in a separate utility room.

For security purposes, this property is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front entrance and monitors the entryway, and a second camera is located on the balcony facing the ocean.
