It is only a brisk walk from the eclectic Whitaker / Blair Boulevard neighborhood with its many ethnic restaurants and grocers, gourmet dining establishments and great music venues. This place has a great location to access downtown and the University of Oregon in Eugene. It was clean, well-appointed and has plenty of space to relax after a long day. It is a wonderful place and we would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Cute house with all the amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great spot, close to family and easy to get around town. The host responded quickly to our requests and helped us feel at home. Would recommend 9 out of 10.

House is wonderful. Very cute, clean, fully stocked and lots of room for the four of us. It is true that the neighborhood was a little sketchy with the bums but we really did not feel unsafe at any time and we loved the proximity to all of the amazing food and amenities. There is a wonderful patisserie just down the alley and a few steps further takes you to an amazing fish market (fish was way better than the majority of places we ate at on the Oregon coast). We were able to walk to a brewery (there are several in the area). Just overall a very nice experience.

This was a cute, roomy little home with character and everything we needed. The host was very responsive and there was a yummy bakery just down tbe alley. Although it was close to downtown, the one negative was the neighborhood (lots of homeless people around outside day and night).

A beautiful cottage home close to everything Eugene has to offer. The home was well-appointed and very clean. Communication was clear and efficient with the host. We very much enjoyed the stay.

I didnt realize there were steps going up to the front door and two sets inside of the home. They were completely supported for use, I just had to go slower due to my knees being recently replaced. It was a great older very quiet property, WiFi and Air worked flawlessly. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen worked out well for food preparation. I looked at the picture and found one of a Mr Coffee so I brought grounds and filters only to find a k cup machine. I left my grounds and filters for the next person that might want to use the coffee maker instead of the k cup. Great bakery right down the alley road with all kinds of goodies :)
