The property is in a relatively quiet location in a safe neighborhood, with good off-street parking. It is a good base from which to explore all that Eugene/Springfield has to offer. While it is walkable to a park, it is a 1.5 mile walk to nearby restaurants. It has updated decor and is tidy; however there is evidence that cleaners have neglected certain areas.
