Beautifully well-appointed home. It's an older home from the outside but the inside is clean and updated. The host literally responds almost instantly. Very gracious and helpful with any questions or concerns sent their way. I would book again in a heartbeat!
The house was nice, cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. It was very conveniently located for our stay. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Host checked in to make sure everything was good during our stay.
This is an older house but we'll maintained. We did not get to use the outdoor furniture but that is newer. Beds were comfy and having 2 baths made it really easy for three people getting ready at the same time. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet and super convenient
everything was fine except a few exceptions ...the front door light does not go onneed more towels as there is no washerone of the cabinets the entire left side of drawer has wood missing ...
My 1st time staying at this particular rental. The floor plan, the decor, the back deck, the garage, and location are all pluses in my book. The property was clean upon arrival. Owner is very quick to respond to msgs. This is a quiet neighborhood as I have stayed at another rental many times. I do wish the bed in master bedroom was higher. I highly recommend this home.

Very nicely decorated but some items need attention
Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. Host was open to all our suggestions that could turn this house into a 5 star property. Hot/cold water reversed in shower which is a safety issue. Small section of ceiling paint hanging down over tub. Shower curtain rod installed incorrectly so it easily falls on floor. Very nice bath towels, but no hand towels even though stated. No wine glasses. No info packet on wi-fi password or local restaurant menus.

Why they chose this property
This home is located in a quiet Alpharetta neighborhood, ideal for a weekend get-away, or quiet work from home location. There are several million-dollar homes going up in the neighborhood and all around which is a sign of the time. Our ranch style home (no stairs) was originally built in 1977, new appliances, washer and dryer as well as living and dining room furniture.
What we love the most about the neighborhood is that it is a 5–10-minute drive to downtown Alpharetta and several great Alpharetta restaurants and attractions, including the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, Top Golf, MainEvent, The Maxwell retail district and the famous Avalon retail district. Avalon is a large in-town mix-use development featuring a 12-screen movie theater, hotels, office space, restaurants and shops and lots of outdoor walkable spaces. It is Georgia's first Gigabit community, which means its a fully connected community with internet connection speeds 100x faster than what's available in most communities and homes. If you are looking for an upscale, modern home, our home may not be for you, however, if you are looking for an affordable, 3bedroom rental house in the heart of Alpharetta then our home may be the perfect fit.
This home is fully furnished and includes a fully stocked kitchen - all appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. All bedrooms are stocked with sheets and spreads/blankets. Bathrooms feature large bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We also provide a hair dryer, sample travel size shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. This home features a washer and dryer for your use (washing power not including), iron and ironing board. This home also features a 1-car garage and private driveway for additional parking. Finally, the back yard is fully fenced in and has a large patio/deck with new outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
