Newly renovated and situated on a private one-acre lot in downtown Alpharetta. This 3BR/2BR ranch is perfect to relax and unwind. The home is a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Downtown Alpharetta, just 1 mile from beautiful Avalon and GA400 and 2.5 miles from Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Perfect for vacationers, business travelers, and staycationers. The home features an open floorplan with tons of natural light, surrounded by a beautiful landscape you can see from every window. Relax on the covered front porch or enjoy some sunshine and privacy on the back deck. Fast Wifi included. City of Alpharetta Ordinance No 883 limits the day time guests to 10 total occupants during daytime hours (7:00am-11:00pm) and six total occupants during night time hours (11:00pm - 7:00am). Great time again at our go to VRBO when in Alpharetta visiting our grandkids. Perfect location close to downtown Alpharetta and shops, restaurants and everything you would need within a 5 mile radius. Very comfortable and well equipped and maintained home.
