Bay Front Home With Private Beach on Perdido Bay! AMAZING VIEWS!!!

Nestled on a quiet peninsula overlooking beautiful Perdido Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway in the Josephine community. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath offers the perfect place for any vacation getaway! The best of both worlds is at your pleasure of a tranquil waterfront setting as well as the convenience of walking out to the beach from your back yard. We provide 3 kayaks for you to enjoy the up close and personal experience with the Dolphins!! Also provided is a gas grill and a firepit for use on your stay!!!

BOATS WELCOME! There is a post to tie your boat to and walk in about 50' from shore!!!! Close to Barber Marina, if you choose to store your boat there.

Perdido Bay is a brackish water with a sandy bottom, that's perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your cast net and fishing rods for that perfect fish dinner. Great place for relaxing, walking, bicycling or just fishing from the beach!

Enjoy sitting on the swing watching the sunrise on the bay, or just lounge in the back yard while grilling your fresh catch of the day! The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The counter height bar seats 4 in addition to the dining table for 6. As an added bonus, there's also an outdoor half bath and outdoor shower for rinsing after a day of swimming or just cooling off! Stream your favorite channels with the Roku televisions in every room.

Full Sized Washer and Dryer available for all your washing needs. Lots of views from the surrounding windows so you can enjoy the sights from any room! There is NO elevator in this home for those of you who will need that amenity!!

If crowds are what you need, the Gulf of Mexico, with its' sugar white sandy beaches, is just a short drive away. The faster pace of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is close, but not too close, and offers great restaurants, sightseeing, attractions and shopping. Pontoon and speed boats are available for rent and fishing boats can be chartered for offshore and in shore trips at many of the marinas. Parasailing, Dolphin tours and sailing are also available. If shopping is your thing, the Tanger Outlet is just a short 20-minute drive away into Foley.
Soldiers Creek Golf Club and Glenlakes Golf Club are a short drive away.

Perfect getaway!

We loved this place! If you’re looking for a secluded place with a private beach to avoid the beach crowd this is it. It’s away from the crowds but it didn’t take us long at all to get to some of our favorite restaurants. Would def recommend this place to anyone looking for a private beach house.

We were traveling to Lillian for a wedding and wanted a place to stay on the water without the commotion of the beach condo scene. Baydreamer was the perfect spot. The owners were awesome to work with and the neighbors were super friendly.

The most perfect property!

My husband and I absolutely loved our trip to Baydreamer. It had everything we could have wanted: quiet peacefulness and relaxation. We watched the moon rise every night. Beautiful views! The private beach and water were incredible, and the neighbors were super friendly. Can we stay forever?

Everything you could want or need

Baydreamer is the perfect spot for a cozy and quiet stay. Very spacious. Comfy beds, and appointed with everything you might need. We found the steps to the under the home level just before we left. Owners were easy to communicate with if needed.

Super nice, super quiet

This is a well-appointed home that will not have you creating a shopping list or wishing you had brought this or that: everything that a normal home might have is here and available to use. The weather was not so good, but that just gave us more time to visit several good restaurants in nearby Foley (20-minute drive). You will not have the crowds here that you have on the Shores, but you also cannot walk the beach here since each property on the Beach is private. But you do have your own little slice (very little) slice of beach on the Bay should you get some sunshine. Very nice, very quiet. Good communications from Chisty. Thank you for allowing us to utilize your property.
