Townhome is found on a quiet residential street featuring 4 levels of living and central air. This space can be used as a one bedroom with a 1st floor living room and top floor office, 1.5 baths and lower level. When being used as a two bedroom, there will be a 1st floor living room, 1.5 baths and lower level.
**Please note, you must walk thru the main bedroom, and use the spiral staircase to access third floor bedroom.
First floor features kitchen with dining area and living room, second floor bedroom offers a queen sized bed and full bathroom. The top floor offers a full sized bed, flat screen Tv and a desk. Lower level features a half bath, desk, and a sofa that turns into a sleeper sofa.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
