Newly updated (2023) and spacious condo that occupies the first floor of a multi family home. Home is located on a peaceful residential street just a five minute walk to St. Elizabeth Hospital and Brighton Center, where you’ll find great restaurants, cafes and bars.

The place is ideal for monthly/extended stays in the Boston/Brighton/Allston area.

Each bedroom has its own Queen sized memory foam mattress, Desk/Work Chair, AC/Ceiling Fans, closet/storage space.

Great location and very clean

We loved our stay in this property. It was very clean and we were able to walk everywhere. The T is only a few minutes walk as well. The neighbors got a bit rowdy a couple of times, but we had no trouble sleeping.

Boston in Early December

Excellent stay. House is absolutely beautiful and listing is extremely accurate. Beds were comfortable, heat worked great on the cold nights and checkin was a breeze. The code access is a nice touch, not having to worry about carrying keys around. There was even extra laundry detergent to wash clothes before we flew back out! Excellent stay all around.

Two Bedroom in Brighton Near BC

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this darling two-bedroom rental. The area feels very safe and is just a 5-7-minute drive to BC and not far from BU. We used it as our central location for touring colleges in Boston and the surrounding area. There is parking behind the home, but it requires walking up a steep driveway back to the house (note if mobility is an issue). Great location. Highly recommend.
