Enjoy easy access to everything from either of these (3) third and tenth-floor studios (Morosgo Dr and P'tree Rd). Spaces are less than two minutes from public transit. Two spaces are a 9-minute walk to Lindbergh Train Station. Both locations are close to some of Atl's finest dining, shopping (Buckhead Village Phipps Plaza, Lenox Mall), and nightclubs. Enjoy easy walks to grocery shopping, Dunkin/Starbucks, and yummy food fast from places like Chick-fil-A. Only six miles or less to Atlanta's favorite attractions (Falcons, Hawks, Fox, Lenox, Aquarium, Zoo, GSU, GT, Spelman, Emory, King & Carter Centers, Piedmont Park, CNN), and a stone's throw from GA 400 and I75/85. Both locations boast courtyards and outdoor lounging areas, fitness centers, seasonal swimming pools, parking, laundry centers, club rooms, work centers, and more. Forgot something at home? Target and Kroger are seconds away from the Morosgo location, while you can resupply at CVS and Fresh Market from the Peachtree location. The second location is two miles away on the corner of Morosgo and Adina Drive(s), right off of Piedmont Road. Piedmont runs into Peachtree Road when traveling North or takes you to beautiful Piedmont Park, Midtown, and Downtown Atlanta when traveling South. This space is not on the river.
