We had a great stay here! A great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops and the beach! Local attractions are just a short uber ride away. Very convenient! And highly recommend the restaurant, Modica’s right underneath it as well as Rose Park Roasters for coffee.

We had a phenomenal time at Ingrid and Eddie's listing. Everything we needed was in the unit and the location and safety of the unit is the best!!! Truly the most perfect stay, and as a Long Beach local, I would honestly stay here again!!! Loved this experience.

This unit is in a historic building. Owner has done updates, so you have modern amenities. Unit is clean, kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Host has great communication. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a fantastic location. The amenities are a great plus and the garden is great for a glass of wine to unwind at the end of the day and then a short 5 min walk to the beach to watch the sunset! The hosts were great and very welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Super recommend! Thank you so much!’

This property was amazing, so clean and convenient to the convention center and resturants. The kitchen had everything we needed. But the cute little resturant atrached to the building had the most amazing food and the coffee house below was also great and so close. I was very impressed with the host communication as well. I will for sure be back when I am in town.

The host was very attentive. The location is great, close to the beach and other attractions. Clean apartment clean. Great to have access to the balcony. Building is older. A little maintence to upgrade a bit would make it more 5 star. Towels for the beach were there.

Okay - so - the apartment was cute, in a great location, clean, and a good size for our girls trip. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with, we didn't have any issues with street parking, and loved that the area was walkable. Madre's Brunch is super close by - we ate there all three mornings. Everything we had was wonderful and the service was great. Check it out!The reason I didn't get 5 stars on everything here is because we were VERY hot in the room, even with the provided fans (6 total, including the ceiling fan). There is no AC in the apartment. We visited in late August and it was around 80-85 degrees outside each day. The room felt hotter. We opened the balcony door in the evenings for the breeze, but during the day that didn't help much. We genuinely were struggling so much, and even getting dressed to go out in the morning felt exhausting because we'd be sweating off our makeup as we put it on. The bathroom has zero airflow or fan, and felt very claustrophobic with how hot and stuffy it was in there. We avoiding being in the room between 9am-6pm because it was just too too hot in there to relax or be comfortable. I appreciate the hosts having fans accessible, and all the other apartment details are well thought out. However, I think a portable AC unit is needed here in summer months. I'd stay again if it was winter or maybe fall, but in summer... I was too uncomfortable with the heat. My bad for not realizing there was no AC when I booked :/

Summer stay

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect spot for our family of four. Such a convenient location. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We ended up using the hotel parking for overnight (40/night). The host Ingrid made sure we were settling in and was easy to contact if needed.
