Immerse yourself into New Orleans culture by staying at Masion Bleue, a newly renovated historic single-floor shotgun home in the Marigny. The home offers a vibrant décor inside and outside. Relax in the heated/cooled cocktail pool and enjoy a drink from the inside wet bar equipped with a beverage cooler and ice machine. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Masion Bleue welcomes large groups with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

Masion Bleue was built in 1875 and renovated in 2023, leaving some of the original historic features intact but adding a spacious design for a short-term rental.
Bedrooms- Each bedroom offers a Roko TV where you are able to stream from your own accounts ( no cable T.V. is provided) and memory foam mattresses.

Bathrooms- Each bathroom provides starter 2 in 1: shampoo and conditioner, soap bar toilet paper, towels, black washcloth towels for makeup, and a blow dryer.

Bedroom 1- Teal room suite- King bed, workspace, private bathroom w/ shower, dressing room w/ make- up vanity, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 2- Purple room- Queen bed, closet, and bathroom with tub/shower down the hall.

Bedroom 3- Orange room- King bed, private bathroom w/ shower, and closet.

Bedroom 4- Green room- 2 Queen beds, private bathroom w/ shower.

Bedroom 5- Blue room suite- King bed, private bathroom w/oversized shower & two shower heads, two sinks, a dresser, and a closet.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open, with ample seating for all 12 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials.

-The coffee bar offers a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, creamer, and sugar to get you started.

-Keep your drinks cool at the wet bar located centrally in the house. The bar features a beverage cooler and an ice machine.

-The Backyard features a large outdoor deck with a sun shade and table for 12 guests, a privacy fence, lounge chairs, and a heated/cooled cocktail pool.

-Laundry room- We offer starter laundry detergent, iron and board, steamer, first aid kit, and pool towels. We also provide a pack-n-play with sheets and a high chair for baby needs.

I would absolutely stay here again. New Orleans is a great place to visit, but this house was possibly the best part of our trip. Plenty of room for five couples and the pictures are exactly as it looks. Immaculately designed and cleaned. The pool is perfect for relaxation and lots restaurants nearby. The owner was very responsive and helpful. If i could give it 100 stars I would.

If you are reading this email then stop searching for a place to stay. The pool is a must in the New Orleans heat and the photo's are 100% accurate. The check in process went as stated and the location was terrific. The unit itself was spotless and had all the things needed for a relaxing stay in the "Big Easy". Walking distance to everything and a rather inexpensive Uber ride home (if you know what i mean)

New Orleans Gem!

This property was gorgeous and perfect for our friend group. Enough room to spread out but great spots to gather together. The detail put into the renovation of this house is exquisite. The location was close enough to the French Quarter to walk or grab a quick Uber. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Bonus perk…the check out instructions were the easiest I have ever seen for a VRBO. Will definitely book again if in New Orleans.

Beautiful Home! Really Enjoyed the Stay!

Let me start by praising the amazing renovations done to this house! Don't be alarmed by the Google photographs. I informed the owner that we were there to commemorate my wife's 40th birthday, and upon our arrival, a Happy Birthday sign was present. The color scheme of the rooms helped keep everything orderly during our five couples' stay. Everyone in my group said how much they loved the house, and we would absolutely try to stay here again if we visit New Orleans in the future! This is the ideal location if you're searching for a place to stay in New Orleans!

This house is an absolute necessity for larger groups. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was squeaky clean and everything has been recently renovated. There was enough room for everyone to move around. There are two bedrooms (blue and purple) at the front of the house, the orange is in the middle of the house, and the two others towards the back of the house. This setup provides for an enormous amount of privacy for the individuals in the group. The house is also centrally located to many different shops, restaurants and bars. We went to many of these places while we were here. There's a peach cobbler place on the corner that has the most decadent desserts!!There's a church on one side of the house, which gives you 6 days of no one being there. Although the music coming from the church on a Sunday morning was a highlight of our trip. We felt comfortable being on the louder side (sorry neighbors!). Just meaning, we didn't feel like someone was tracking how loud our fun was. All in all, it was the most amazing trip, and this house had a LOT to do with how much fun it was. We would love to stay here again....anytime!

This house was GORGEOUS and giant. It was so much space for our group. The kitchen was well appointed, all the bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is very chic and they even provide floaties! Photos don’t do this house justice. It is on a very busy street, which we weren’t as prepared for. There’s some noise in the front bedroom but nothing earplugs won’t fix! Parking is tricky but lots of stores and restaurants close. Eat at Morrows, you won’t be disappointed!
