DIRECT Gulf Front! NOT Overlooking Pool! Expansive Views of Gulf North & South.

Our vacation townhouse/condo in Indian Rocks Beach has the best of everything Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer for a perfect week or longer!

This direct Gulf-front 2nd floor townhouse has a 50' common area of grass before you hit the sand. The beautiful clear waters of the Gulf are as far as you can see! We are at the south end of this small complex, well away from the hubbub of the pool, yet close enough for quick access for a dip or sitting poolside.

We have on-site managers in our small 34 unit, 4-story condominium facility. Amenities include gas grills by the large heated pool to BBQ your favorite steaks or seafood. Don't feel like cooking? There are over 10 restaurants within a 5-to-10 minute walk of this vacation paradise.

There are Smart TV's in both bedrooms & the living room. Included for your enjoyment is a small cooler, beach umbrellas, a tote, beach towels & chairs. Set your internal clock to beach time, bring your sunscreen and a laid-back attitude :)

Your kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing gourmet meals. The king size bed in the master bedroom is luxuriously comfortable. There are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, both with comfortable memory foam mattress toppers. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens.

We are located in The Narrows of Indian Rocks Beach - a location unique to all of Florida. From the living room balcony, the Gulf is jaw-droppingly laid out before you. Walk through the unit to the front entrance & to the Intracoastal Waterway across the street! From the 2nd bedroom, wake up to view a Florida sunrise over the Intracoastal. In the master bedroom, the first thing you'll see in the morning is sun sparkling off the waters of the Gulf & magnificent sunsets in the evening.

The condo is our family's pride and joy, and we do our best to keep it immaculate & modern. It's townhome-style, located on the 2nd floor. On the entry level is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen & full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms & a full bath. An elevator is located ~80 feet from the front door for access to the pool & parking.

Easy access to all the attractions, museums, music and sports activities in both St Petersburg, Clearwater & Tampa.

Beautiful views, perfect location

The views are amazing. Our young children loved the calm water and clean pool. The central location and walking bike lanes make walking to restaurants easy. The beds were comfy. This is one deep clean from being immaculate. We would certainly stay here again!

Great spot for vacation

Loved the oceanfront view

We loved the oceanfront view as soon as we walked in the door ! The sunsets were beautiful! The balcony and furniture were very comfortable! We really appreciated being told there was an extra umbrella in the closet to use for shade in the late afternoon sun ! The king size bed in the master was super comfortable! Cheryl and Luke were on-site to help and so nice ! We would stay again !

Very nice get away

Everything was great at this property. One complaint would be water pressure in the showers and bathroom maintenance. The view of the beach and sunsets was perfect for us. Thank you for hosting our vacation!

This place is just great!

It’s clean, reasonably priced and right on the beach! This place would work well for all ages. Close enough to local attractions, but far enough away the beach always has lots of space. 2nd time stayed there and we’ll go back next chance we get. The manger was extremely responsive and even got us in a few hours early once we were in town. I just can’t say enough about Happy Fiddler, we always have a great time.

Absolutely bliss

Condo in a perfect location for getting around! A perfect stay in a perfect location. Host was very responsive and dealt with a minor issue promptly. The pool at the condo was very clean and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a blissful beach break. Definitely hope to return to this property

Sunsets on the Beach

This is one of our favorite locations on Indian Rocks Beach. Love watching the sunsets! Convenient to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin breweries and St. Pete Beach. Assigned easy parking for us and our guests. This property has a new owner who is easy to work with and super responsive.

Great holiday

We had a great holiday at Indian Rocks. The location of the Condo is fabulous. Amazing beach views. Close to lots of really good restaurants. The Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. Really comfortable bed. Good car park and nice heated pool. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the management on site were very helpful and friendly. Look forward to returning again in the future.

Love Indian Rocks

Property was wonderfully situated within walking distance of restaurants and CVS. The condo was very clean with one of the best equipped kitchens and set of beach chairs and toys we have ever had in 8 years coming to this area. We even walked over the Intra coastal to visit the turtle park and stopped for ice cream on the way back. We would come back there anytime we can!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time, very centrally located, this unit overlooks the beach and is a hop, skip and a jump as far as access. Very quiet, no road noise, and you'd never know you had neighbors! Everyone we met was so friendly. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook in, very close to many restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, plenty of room for 3 adults, would also be ample room for 4. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect spot! Beautiful views from every window! Love you don’t have to go far to be in the sand, just a few steps. Super easy. 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we never felt cramped, had plenty of room. Condo had everything we needed, the beach supplies were a huge plus for us, saved us from trying to pack all of ours in. Beds are extremely comfortable. I have a back issue and always have to buy a topper on vacation, this is the first time in over 10 years I didn’t need one. This is a 10 star condo! Don’t look any further!!!!! Also this was the most beautiful beach to see so many different types of birds! Ive never seen so many. They all were just beautiful! And the bird book in the living room is a huge help to identify them all. Very peaceful condo!

Perfect Getaway!

What a great vacation! The weather was spectacular! The area had some great restaurants and things to do. And a huge thank you to Bill and Cher for allowing us to hangout at your beautiful condo! The location on the white sandy beach is perfect! The balcony was perfect from sunrise to beyond sunset! The condo is comfy and inviting with all the amenities there for your use. Communication was quick and helpful! We enjoyed meeting Bill and Cher and look forward to staying at their place again!

I loved staying at this property. It was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view. The property is very clean and I found everything that I needed. I especially loved the beach access. We had nice quiet neighbors. Thoughtful owners that had anything you needed. I loved opening up a drawer to find what I was looking for in the kitchen. Opening up a closet with all the beach things I could use for the day. Nice location close to everything we wanted. We will visit this property again. We were very pleased. Thank you!
