Each of the 3 bedrooms features a smart TV, full-length mirror, black-out curtains, dresser, and memory foam/gel mattress toppers. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, and brand-new stainless appliances. The living room features a fireplace and there is an outdoor firepit as well (firewood is provided). The sunroom has seating for 10 as well as an air-hockey table, dartboard, board games, a coffee station (french press, full pot and single-serve options for your coffee) and bar area.

Weekend trip

Nice place to stay. Close to Fort Worth Stockyards, Globe Life Field, and AT&T stadium. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that I had prior to and during the stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again when in the area!

Long Dallas weekend family trip

This was a great space for my family with room to spread out. It’s located between Dallas and Fort Worth and therefore access to so many places. Plenty of space for our family of five.

Furniture is all in really good condition, nice artwork throughout the house, king bed is super comfortable, no strange odors, great variety of books, played multiple rounds of Air-Hockey and Darts. Didn’t have an ice maker in the fridge but did have ice trays. Property manager was easily reachable and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday made easy

Jennifer thought of everything. Very well decorated, updated older home. Very clean, but didn't feel old at all. Open, well appointed needs and then some. All the neccesaties of home without the need to buy extras. Loved the closed patio/dining area and outdoor space. Could easily host a mini retreat since each bedroom had a lock feature. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for family/friends

Great house, nice neighborhood, shops and restaurants conveniently nearby! The lanai was our go-to place, daily! Morning coffee, conversation and prepping for the day’s activities. Evening time we cooked or had take out. The two beautiful tables with plenty of seating for all of us, made for good times and conversations, after dinner, we played a couple of the games That Jennifer had in the house for guest use! The purpose of our stay was to visit our oldest son, this house made it so enjoyable, and really gave us a place for family time! Jennifer was great with communicating and quick to respond to any of our questions! Definitely recommended!

I'm originally from Maine and have travelled extensively around the world with my two daughters. We settled in Texas about 15 years ago and I now work as an Master Gardener as well as owning a creative agency. I love anything that allows me to be creative and meet new people - which is the reason I decided to start hosting! :)

Why they chose this property

I chose the neighborhood primarily becuase of its proximity to Arcadia Park which is one of our favorite places to go for long walks and bike rides. Its also a short drive to Southlake for shopping and downtown Fort Worth for nightlife. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is fairly large which is perfect for guests travelling with their pets.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful heated/cooled sunroom that seats 10+ people with a view of the large backyard. The sunroom has an air hockey table, lots of board games, dart board, coffee bar, and more. It's the perfect place to hang out with the family. The large backyard gives kids and pets lots of room to run around and we have both an indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. I'm also an avid reader so the house is stocked with a full library for my fellow book lovers :)
