Why they chose this property
The beach in fall and winter, is quiet. There is good fishing and shelling and you will only share the beach with a couple of others if any on your
morning walks.

What makes this property unique
This second floor, south facing corner unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and dunes. The extra windows in the living room face west giving great views of the sun setting. The stairwell to the courtyard and board walk to the beach are ten feet from the front door making it a convenient walk to the beach. *** late checkout offered Nov-May***
