Olde Naples centrally located walk to beach, 5th Ave and 3rd Street

Free standing Olde Naples 3-bedroom Villa which is like a traditional home like with attached 2 car garage. Great location off the corner of 10th Ave S and 7th Street (8 blocks to beach, 4 to 5 blocks to both 5th ave and 3rd Street). Lanai with direct access to the pool. We are limited on leases so looking for 15 day or longer rental. Message me for any inquiries

Great location!

As pictures document, this unit is somewhat dated on its interior, but the location, the neighborhood is fantastic. Being able to walk to 5th Ave, 3rd St, the beach, and several other sites allows you to enjoy those sites and then walk home to a quiet neighborhood. Very nice pool area right out the lanai also. Very enjoyable 6 week stay.
