The backyard here makes this home and has a great set-up. The house was clean on arrival and Nick was responsive. For anyone coming with small toddlers, just a head’s up there’s a step down in the house across the first floor and the backyard does go right out to the bay without any type of fence/barrier so just something to keep in mind. Only thing this house is missing is a blender - we were told they had one but searched everywhere and couldn’t find anything.
