Welcome to Reel Life Dreams where your beach dreams come true! You will enjoy this very spacious and beautifully decorated beach house from the moment you drive up with its bright green coastal color, the outdoor party lights and inviting outdoor space! And, it doesn't stop there! You'll be just a few steps from the community pool!

Although you'll want to go in right away, you'll walk through the outdoor living/dining space underneath the house (shaded for the summer) with games, seating, grill and some grassy area for your furry family members (yes pets are considered; inquire) and you may just want to hang out here all day! You'll enjoy a deck upstairs to get a peak at the sunrise in the mornings.

Inside Reel Life Dreams, you'll walk into a large common area...oversized living space with TV, 2 dining spaces with an island bar and large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine! Although super functional, it is just as beautiful as it is functional and convenient, with gorgeous finishes and decor!

On this main floor, you'll have a half bath, 2 Bedrooms (both with King Beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Head upstairs to a washer & dryer closet, and 2 more bedrooms (King Bed and Bunk Room) and 2 more bathrooms. A total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great space and privacy for your entire group! It's not overcrowded or tight; there is a lot of open space!

Reel Life Dreams is just a few blocks to the beach, and in the golf cart zone. Parking for 3-4 vehicles in front of the house, boat parking is allowed at the end of the street in the grassy area (first come basis), golf cart parking is allowed as well.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

- The pool is not heated.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
