We were not told in advance that Lake Otswego across the street cannot be accessed from the property. We were threatened and then fined for walking across the street. The owner held a $1500 deposit for damage and did not return it to us.

This home is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the cleanest and coziest rentals I’ve ever stayed in — I will absolutely be booking again this winter! The snow trails and ski trails are nearby so we will definitely take advantage of this! The location is peaceful and serene, with two bright blue kayaks waiting for us to take out on the nearby state park waters. Every room was immaculate, smelled wonderful, and showed off the home’s fresh renovations. You can tell the owners and management company truly care about creating a beautiful, comfortable space.The property is also a smart home, so entry was effortless. Outside, we enjoyed a beautiful patio deck, a grill for easy meals, and a perfectly placed fire pit for cozy evenings.Our property manager was exceptional — professional, accommodating, and full of great local restaurant tips. He even left us a bottle of wine, which was such a kind touch. Even though our stay was only one night (and most rentals require at least two), he went above and beyond to make it happen.Van Treese Management gets my highest recommendation, as does this rental. It’s worth every penny — and then some!

1. Garage, shed and owners closet in downstairs hallway is off limits to guests.

2. Upstairs bedroom 1: Queen bed + Single bed with single mattress underneath to pull out. 4 guests can comfortably stay in this bedroom.

NOTE: The docks, beach and boat launch are off limits to guests that is down the street- for the associations members only.

We welcome you to create memories at the state park beach where you can also launch your boat and enjoy the beach and water.

1. Public access-1/2 mile away 5495 Birch Way.
2. County Park-2 miles away.
3. State Park-opposite side of lake 5 miles.

4. Central Air and heat included, washer and dryer and ceiling fans.

5. Fully equipped kitchen with many small appliances.

6. All bedding needs provided with bathroom supplies such as towels, wash clothes and linens. Cleaning materials available as well.
