Cape Getaway 2-Walk to the beach-BBQ-Beach Gear

Cape Getaway 2 is half of a duplex centrally located in Cape Canaveral near restaurants, shops, and parks. It's just an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive (with free parking) to the beach! You'll appreciate the recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Relax in the backyard seating area or grab the beach cart loaded with gear and a cooler to catch some rays and waves at the beach! Just bring clothes and personal items because we have everything else you need.

The main living space has a 55" TV and couch and is open to the kitchen with an eat-in bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed and pack n play. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a short king bed.

Outside, the backyard patio is divided by a privacy fence to provide separate patio seating for each side of the duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is in an outdoor storage area that is shared by both units.

Take a short drive to the port & watch cruise ships come & go from one of the restaurant patios. Rocket launches are visible from the backyard & even better from the beach. Kennedy Space Center, Manatee Park, the Pier, Ron Jons, everything that Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral offer are just a few minutes by car. Orlando airports, Disney World & other theme parks are 45 to 55-min drive.

You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the unit's carport, side yard with a laundry room with washer and dryer (note washer and dryer is shared with both sides of the duplex). The backyard is a shared space with a partial privacy fence to separate the shared yard between the 2 sides of the duplex. Each unit has their own seating area.

The home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood where you will have a true live like a local experience. When you walk out to the end of the driveway and look to your right, you'll see the beach access right down the street. It's a quiet local beach. If your want to explore other beaches in the area, all the beach accesses in Cape Canaveral have free parking. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within a mile of the home. You're only a half hour away from Kennedy Space Center and one hour away from Disney, Universal, and Sea World.

A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
