This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.

Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

This is our second year returning and once again we had an amazing time. The unit is perfect for our family of 4 and very clean. The owner is super nice and keeps you informed of what’s going on in the area.

Nice condo. Can see ocean a little on outside porch and master bedroom windows. Close to all kind restaurants and beach stores. Would go back. My only complaints is the sliding door to get to outside patio was hard as hell. Almost took the hulk to open and close. I also dont like clocks not being in bedrooms. But would go back but with something to sliding glass slide

New Favorite Vacation Spot

This was such a great place that was fully stocked and in a perfect location. Host was quick to respond and even let us know that a launch was happening while we were there. We will absolutely be back!!!

Great location

Great location just steps from the beach. The unit is very nice and has great views of the ocean from the main bedroom and the walkout patio. Would stay there again.

Wonderful beachstay in Cocoa Beach

We stayed a week in the condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The location on the beach is amazing, the pool great with the kids and the condo is very comfortable. The communication with the owner was very nice and smooth. We are looking forward to return.

Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

Good location, clean and well stocked for all you're needs . The view it beautiful! Only compliments I have is the master bed is very hard and uncomfortable other than that we had no issues and Rex was amazing! Would definitely stay again

A Great Week!

I came with my 3 sisters and I can say we enjoyed the condo immensely! Easy access to the beach, the boardwalk is right outside your back door. Loved the remodel that was done! When we walked in you could smell the cleanliness.

Wow! What a beautiful to stay!

First I want to say Thank You! My family and I loved this place, and we had an awesome time! I highly recommend this condo to anybody. This condo is right at the beach, is beautiful furnished and what a view! With only steps to the beach and as well to the pool. Perfect place to come and relax. They even have beach toys for the little ones! It is the perfect place to stay! We are definitely staying in this condo again sometime soon.

Beautiful condo

The property is amazing. Very nice with everything you need already there. The ocean is beautiful although filled with a lot of sea weed. We stayed at Myrtle Beach last year and we loved it. We will be going back to Myrtle Beach again because it is amazing. This place is great as well. The only negative we could find was the sea weed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was excellent. Updated kitchen and bathroom. First floor walk out to beach. Pool was nice and warm. 8 min walk down to coconuts restaurant. Lots of family beach toys to use. Having the garage parking space is very nice as all the outside spaces fill up. Good communication with owner. Thank you!
