Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Unit includes on-site garage parking at NO ADDITIONAL charge. I don't know about you but I've stayed at places that added up to $50 per day to park the car.

I want to make you aware of construction going on at the complex. The condo is required to maintain the outside concrete to stay in compliance with new state requirements.

The work will begin 9/1/26 and may go through the end of October. They will be on site from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. They won’t start making noise until 8:00 am. They will begin with Building 1 where most issues are, then shift over to the other remaining problems.

We are located in Building 1. The association has also state the work crews with be using jackhammers and to be aware not to walk through the work zone as "chunks" of concrete my drop from the building.
