The Neighborhood:

Quiet and safe neighborhood on the Tempe/Scottsdale border. This excellent location is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and shops for your convenience. You'll enjoy easy access to the freeway, providing quick reach to both the east and west valley. Additionally, nearby parks like Papago Park, just a 5-minute walk away.

10min to Phx Airport, Footprint Center & Downtown Phx

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Centrally located on Tempe/Scottsdale border, with restaurants nearby that can be walked to if desired. Only a short 5-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale or ASU/Mill Avenue Tempe, but there is also free shuttles to Tempe/Mill Ave (Tempe Orbit) or Old Town Scottsdale (Scottsdale Trolley) with stops less than 100 ft away. Please check their website for operating hours & stop frequency, as they may vary by season.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool gets serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.



Hot tub is available to all guests complimentary. The pool may be requested to be heated up to 90 degrees for an additional $100/night for the whole stay (3night min) or $125/night (2nights or less), otherwise the pool will be unheated. If you haven't been to Arizona, the pool without heat stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.



During the summer months the AC is limited to no less than 69°, but can be requested to be adjusted lower temporarily. Same day AC repair service not be guaranteed if damage occurs from lower AC Temps.



Sun shades over the pool are seasonal during summer time only. The rest of the year they are down to provide sunlight to the pool to maintain warmer temps.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
