A backyard resort awaits you - pool, spa, fire pit, hammock swings, lounge chairs, large dining table, grill and games. We supply pool towels and pool floaties. We have the lowest pool heat fee in the area at $35/day. Please message us with at least one day's notice that you would like the pool heated.

Fantastic stay for a guys trip to see ASU game. Lots of room, very clean and well laid out for a group of 8-12. Pool and jacuzzi area was awesome. Host was very responsive.

Our stay here was very good. The home is very well equipped, very clean. The pool and backyard are very nice and clean as well. The host was very responsive and helpful. We are planning on staying here on our next trip!

The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a large family vacation. The location was near our daughter at ASU and close to the airport. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and fire pit, using it every night. The beds were comfortable. There was enough seating throughout the house for everyone. We cooked an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and all 14 of us ate together at the table and bar.

Perfect location a big group!

This was a perfect place for three couples, adult children, and a grandkid in town for a family wedding. Centrally located between airport and the Mesa venue - “15 minutes from everywhere” we wanted to go! Lots of great gathering space - inside and out. Will be back!

If I could give this property ten stars I would. Modern comfortable furnishings, the beds were super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with grocery and shopping close by. Easy access to highway and quick trip to the airport. Enjoyed coffee on the patio by heated pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Pool toys and games for the kids by the pool outside. Space was outstanding. We will definitely book this the next time we come back.

Better than a 5 star stay

This property was outstanding and we had a great stay. The outside is very unassuming but when you walk in, the interior is meticulously decorated. Beds were comfortable and property was clean and decorated with grace. The yard was huge with many seats for guests. Pool and hot tub worked great. We’d highly recommend this property. Good location with easy access to freeway.

Perfect home for us.

We liked the little details you put into this home, such as the luggage racks. It was a nice touch that showed consideration for what your guests need to have for a comfortable stay. The home felt "homey" with the nice dishes and siverware. The labeling also helped in terms of knowing where to find and place things.

STAY HERE!!!

My extended family and I have been using VRBO for over 20 years and this property is one of the best! The backyard is like having your own resort and the interior is beautifully appointed. The host thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We also had a couple of questions over the course of our stay and she was always quick to respond and easy to work with. If we could give 11 stars we would.

Holbrook Lane House is in a great place! Less than 5 minutes from ASU, close to Scottsdale, easy access to multiple freeways get you almost anywhere with little fuss. Spring Training, golf, hiking, and more are so easy to access from this location. The more I shopped around for the perfect property, the more I knew right where we needed to be.

What makes this property unique

This property is brand new top to bottom. A down-to-the-studs renovation was completed before we purchased, and we got to come in and add our personal style. This property is well-outfitted (I'm known for that!) and precisely organized. We are usually asked by guests, "What brand is this?" or "Where can I buy one for home?" We spared no expense in choosing the highest quality mattresses, bedding, and furnishings.
