We have the lowest pool heat fee in the area at $35/day. Please message us with at least one day's notice that you would like the pool heated.

I am originally from Bend, Oregon and have lived in Alexandria, Virginia (Washington, DC Metro Area) for over 30 years. I have 3 kids, with the youngest leaving for college soon. We will be empty nesters! I love meeting our guests from all over the country (and some other countries, too). I love exceeding my guests' expectations.
Why they chose this property
Holbrook Lane House is in a great place! Less than 5 minutes from ASU, close to Scottsdale, easy access to multiple freeways get you almost anywhere with little fuss. Spring Training, golf, hiking, and more are so easy to access from this location. The more I shopped around for the perfect property, the more I knew right where we needed to be.
What makes this property unique
This property is brand new top to bottom. A down-to-the-studs renovation was completed before we purchased, and we got to come in and add our personal style. This property is well-outfitted (I'm known for that!) and precisely organized. We are usually asked by guests, "What brand is this?" or "Where can I buy one for home?" We spared no expense in choosing the highest quality mattresses, bedding, and furnishings.
