Welcome home to this beautiful newly updated bright and spacious Mid Century Modern home with extra large windows from end to end letting in tons of natural light. Brand new modern kitchen with all the necessities to make you feel like you’re cooking at home. In the kitchen you will also find yourself with another large window allowing all the possible light you can want, as well as a set of full size washer and dryer for laundry. Right behind the kitchen there is a half bath and as you walk down the stairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and a full size bathroom. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of space for all your clothes in the large closets. One bedroom has a desk for work with internet speeds at 100+ Mbps. Exterior has a great wood deck for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evenings. Parking won’t be an issue as there is parking in the back of the property for 2 cars.
House is a side by side duplex and highlighted in photos the side being booked and can be identified by the dark green colored doors.
