Welcome to our newly updated Northern Colorado home! Relax under the covered patio with your favorite drink while enjoying the peace and quiet that comes with our quite town, Severance CO. The back yard features multiple covers areas, heated seating , fire pit, fresh hydroponic strawberries (when in season), and a yard for your kids to play. Our 3 story home has a large fully stocked kitchen/living/dining room great for gathering large families together. Walking distance to several restaurants, a liquor store, parks and a fishing pond there is lots to keep you busy without the need to travel far! This centrally located town is 20 minutes to downtown Fort Collins, 30 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir, 25 minutes to UNC Greely (Greely Stampede anyone?) and ~1 hour to DIA. There is so much to do! See you soon!

Perfect location to access great locations. We enjoyed mountain drives and exploring Estes Park, Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley. Plenty of space. We loved the heated back patio for evening visiting. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very comfortable.

Nice place / great location

I have family that live in Fort Collins, Greeley and Nunn. This home was in the middle of all of these places. The town nearby is cute. We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. We would rent this home again! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent and comfortable stay.

The house had lots of room, it was very clean, and accommodated my family very well. The host was very friendly and replied quickly. The little neighborhood the house is in is also great. A short walk from the house is a gas station, a couple little stores, and a great restaurant. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely book again!
