Beautiful place

This place is so nice and is near the beach, the house was so clean, and all the furniture was so beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return.

Ok I certainly got lucky stumbling across this listing. What a gem. Not sure I’ll want to stay in another town in south Florida besides Lighthouse Point from now on. The location is very peaceful but yet plenty to do and ease to get to things. Church. Beach. Movie theater. Restaurants. All so close by. In one word I could describe this place as fancy. Decor wonderful. Clean. Just felt like such a nice vacation being there. I will seek out this place again for sure.

DON’T DO IT!! Property definitely looks better in the pictures than in person. The house was hot for our entire stay. Temperatures were reading 80 on the thermostat. The HVAC unit was not working and they did not correct it until we were checking out even though we sent multiple messages daily letting them know. Also, on our last day, I found a bug in the bed which very much resembles a bed bug. I brought it to the attention of management and they said they would look into it. The only thing we enjoyed was the outdoor space. The hot tub did not heat, but the pool was nice. I do not recommend this property.

What makes this property unique

Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days.
Thursday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP.
Monday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection.

There cannot be more than 4 cars at the property at any time. No street or grass parking is allowed.
