This 1950's throwback cottage is located on the same property as a mid term rental w/ guests renting anywhere from 1-6 months. It's a completely separate home with it's own entrance, courtyard, & dedicated parking space in the driveway. It's 800 sq ft w/ a large room divider separating the bedroom from living area. There's a delightfully comfortable Novilla feathertop mattress on the Queen bed & cozy blankets. There are touch lamps on both sides of the bed w/ a USB port to charge your device. The bathroom has a small shower that a person of up to 6'2 can comfortably use (I tested it with my 6' son!) There's ample counter space in the bathroom and 2 people can be in there at once if necessary. The living room has a super comfy leather love sofa and a small dining table with 2 benches. There's also a desk space built into the room divider. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need to create a home cooked meal! Washer & dryer is outside the unit right across the front steps. ***This is a family friendly neighborhood and my neighbors' well being is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! Please be respectful of this and honor the quiet time of 10pm-6am. Absolutely no smoking or pets anywhere on the property. A fine will be assessed if this occurs.***
