Our stay at the house was great. The beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great, house was very clean and easy to get to. We were in town to pick up our son who was graduating from Fort Ustis and was only a 20 minute drive. Would stay again if we were in the area.

This was our second stay at Faraja House, and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. My friends and I stayed here for a tennis tournament. The location is excellent for us, and it’s the perfect size. I barely heard any trains this time - they don’t bother us anyway. The property is very private and feels safe, but at the same time you are close to everything. The outdoor space is huge! Faraja House will definitely be my go to place to stay with my friends!!

We booked this rental literally hours before heading to Virginia from New Jersey and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive.The rental is exactly as described, very cozy and clean. They have every kitchen appliance known to man and a spacious backyard.When I asked if they had extra garbage bags, the host delivered it to our door within minutes. The price was great for what we rented as well!

Well maintained and more than adequately stocked with anything you would ever need to live. The kitchen appliances and amenities are fit for a chef… Quiet neighborhood large yard and close to shopping. Easy to get to and find. Ed and Margeret are very responsive and kind.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Faraja House. The home was beautiful, clean, fully furnished, and completely stocked with everything a family would need. The neighborhood was quiet and close to so everything. Our hosts were amazing. We accidentally forgot a pair of boots and they were shipped back to us. We hope to stay there again.

Lovely Property, Friendly Neighbors!

My husband and I stayed with our adult son, his wife and our 1 year old grandchild. The house is clean as a whistle, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again here! We loved seeing Newport News and the trains. Neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were very friendly when we were enjoying the large backyard.The Farajas were prompt in answering any questions! Thanks for a great stay!
