Welcome to our beachfront paradise in Mission Beach, San Diego! Our luxurious property is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by the beautiful ocean and the vibrant energy of the city. Our property features a modern and chic design, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two suites upstairs, both with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are outfitted with plush beds, making for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for lounging and taking in the stunning ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal while enjoying the ocean breeze.

The real highlight of our property is the balcony where you can soak in the sun and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves roll in, the sound of the ocean in the background.

We are located in the heart of Mission Beach, where you can enjoy the famous boardwalk, bike paths and the famous Belmont Park, a classic beachfront amusement park. We're also just a short walk from Pacific Beach, where you'll find plenty of delicious restaurants, bars, and shops. The property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while enjoying your beach vacation.

6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.

Stayed a week with the family. Gorgeous home with comfy beds and a couches. One of the best rentals we have had. This home is conveniently located just 1 house back from the boardwalk. It’s very private away from noise yet still steps away from the sand. Plenty of private parking and all the beach toys you need.

Property Owner/Manager is amazing to communicate with and incredibly prompt with an issue we had with a rusted gate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this to anyone. We spent the holidays here to be close to family that is lucky enough to also live on the bay!

We could not have picked a better place to stay. Views of the ocean from every room in the house... without the noise and hassle of being directly on the boardwalk. Perfect if you want to have any semblance of privacy:) The layout of the property was key with the main living area open and inviting and spilling out onto the balcony. A great place for a family who wants to spend quality time together but have their own space in luxurious and relaxing bedrooms.

We booked this house 2 weeks prior to our stay when our original accommodations fell through. What an incredible find! The location was perfect for our needs and everything about the house was amazing. Lots of amenities! The host was very responsive to our questions and detailed with the check in process. Just steps away from the fantastic Mission beach, and blocks away from Mission Bay, as well as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Stayed for 3 nights and did not get into a car once. The home is just one house off of the beach and the decks and patio are oriented so that you get a great view. When we weren't taking walks on the beach or dining out, we epecially loved the fire pit and the top balcony. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Bachelorette weekend away

The most amazing weekend away for a group of 12 women. The house comfortably slept everyone, with plenty of bathrooms for all 12 of us to get ready to hit mission blvd each night of our stay. We walked to everything, including a private yoga session on the beach Saturday morning. The balcony views of the ocean were magical, even with this not being a "beach front" property you can see, smell and hear to ocean from every window and balcony. The kitchen was large and well stocked for what we used it for. 5/5 would stay here again.

Fantastic location one house from the ocean front walk. So perfect for venturing south to Belmont Park and north to Pacific Beach. We walked everywhere and it was so convenient. Absolutely everything is within walking distance and it was so much fun for adults and kids alike.

Took my family of 5 adults plus grandma. We have vacationed at Mission before, and wanted to try a beach house this time and we were not disappointed. The pictures and description of property are accurate. (unlike other past experiences I have had renting) The only thing I would pass on is there are 3 floors, and the queen and king rooms are on the top level. Brought my 78 year old mom 🙂 so there is an elevator if needed. We did not end up using it, but was nice to know it was there in case. Perfect views of the beach and location walking distance to everything. Although there is plenty of garage/ parking space we just walked and used Uber to get around. The host replied immediately to a question we had, and I wanted to thank the property management for being very attentive and posting an accurate property. We would definitely stay here again.

Mission Beach one of the most visited holiday destinations in the US, it can be quiet and cozy or bustling depending on the time of year.
Our property is spacious , filled with an abundance of natural light.

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous space to relax and unwind. The home has views of the ocean from most rooms, three patios all with ocean views.

Enjoy sunsets from our large open plan living area which flows onto your own huge private patio with comfy couches, outdoor dining with BBQ grill.

The open layout and large open facing windows provide an abundance of natural light and exceptional ocean views of the Pacific Ocean and the Mission Beach coastline.
The three spacious bedrooms all have ocean views and private bathrooms. The master suite is outfitted with a king size bed and huge walk private shower with a separate bathtub. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The chefs kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation.
