Welcome to your front-row seat to Mission Beach. This bright and charming oceanfront 2-bedroom beach house sits just 10 steps from the sand, with a spacious deck overlooking the boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean. Walk to local cafés, eateries, and beach attractions, or simply relax and watch the sunset paint the sky. The only real challenge here… is convincing yourself to go home.



The Space:

You’ll enter ground level, which means no hauling luggage up a bunch of stairs after travel day. Inside you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms ready for a good night’s sleep.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed + Roku TV for late-night streaming.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus bunk beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together.



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a 12-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cooking essentials. We provide coffee and sugar so you can get that first cup going before the beach calls your name.



The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun with Smart TV, Roku streaming, beach views, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.



We also provide super-fast WiFi, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels, so you’re ready to hit the beach the moment you arrive.



There’s one garage parking space included (compact to mid-size vehicles fit best). Laundry is available with a shared washer and dryer.



Traveling with a bigger group? The upstairs unit is also available to rent, just message us and we’ll help coordinate.



Guest Access:

Check-in is contactless; you will receive a door code 2 days prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is walking distance to the best breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park and the big dipper roller coaster are just down the boardwalk. Grand and Garnet bars far enough away but short walking distance.



Getting Around:

This is part of a duplex and there may be guests staying in the unit above.



Parking lot dimension:

About 15 feet in length from washer and dryer to right before the sensor. A good at least 17 to 18 feet if you back up all the way against the garage wall.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



No pets



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
