Great for our short stay

Nice and clean house on quiet street with added bonus of bikes (if it were warmer, we'd have used them more!). Kitchen was well stocked with implements, just grab your ingredients! We couldn't seem to figure out how to light the oven, but we were able to use the stovetop for what we were cooking. We'd stay here again!

Great property manager

House feels spacious for the square footage. Kitchen was nice and clean. Bathrooms were nice and updated, but not as clean as I would've liked as I'm a perfectionist. Property manager was excellent and mailed a new bed coverlet the same day. Excellent service and overall great property, but housekeeping can do a better job cleaning.

Great place for our family, close to everything

The property owner was very attentive, and responded very quickly to any questions i had. Overall the property was great. The location was close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The dryer is the only issue i had. The door gets stuck and didn't dry clothes properly. Bdsides that everything was great.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood with lots of beds

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was high-end which made cooking a breeze. The appliances were all stainless steel and in great shape, and even included a counter top air fryer I believe (we didn't use it but saw it there). There was plenty of seating for our family and plenty of bed areas for sleeping. The room that had bunk beds with a twin over full was perfect for our children and they offered additional cots for more sleeping area (we didn't use them so I can't confirm if they were comfortable). The beds were all comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, and safe enough that I felt comfortable going for a morning run each day of our stay. This will absolutely be our family's new go-to rental house when we travel to Pensacola a few times a year.
