This guesthouse was recently renovated and is conveniently located just outside of downtown La in up and coming Cypress Park. Air Conditioning. Heating. Washer and Dryer in unit and one dedicated parking spot. Can’t beat that! It also sits on a gated lot for added security. There’s a Starbucks within walking distance and many great food options nearby. Also, quick easy freeway access which is a major win in LA.
