Contact free checkin & departure. 2 day period between guest for cleaning, airing & sanitizing! Private entrance & outdoor space!

Entrance is 16 feet of pocket doors facing pool/jacuzzi, tree lined with total privacy
and pool side seating with outdoor barbecue.
Casitas has vaulted ceilings w/open floor plan, modern/contemporary furnishing with a warm vibe, 8 foot island w/quartz counter top & seating for four. ceiling fan, 8 foot wood divider between bedroom & living area. Queen size bed, armoire & end table with 6 foot leather couch (double sofa bed), coffee table and side chair facing pool area. Bathroom has shower with bench and separate door leading out to pool. Property centrally located. 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes from SoFi stadium, 30 minutes to downtown and 45 minutes to Universal & Disneyland.

Great host! Property was very clean and private. We spent a week and were very comfortable and had everything we could need - very livable. Great location - close to great restaurants, griceries, and easy uber to the beach. All of the furnishings were top notch and we felt right at home. We will return for sure!

natalie was a great hostess. however, the the listing house rules and the physically printed house rules were a little different, which made it a little confusing.

Sorry she felt house rules confusing but first guest to express. Issues were two: 1). I was asked if they could invite friends over & I said yes they could & they did & I was fine w/that! BUT there was no conversation about friends sleeping over… when you book, you state number of guest & Jennys was 2! I was not ok w/that… 2). Use of jacuzzi… I do not run jacuzzi from 11 am to 10 pm! First & foremost, not recommended to be in spa for over 20 minutes when heat set @ max of 104 degrees ! I set a 2 hour window… I extended time to 11 pm one night for them! And another night jacuzzi ran for 1 1/2 hours & they were a no show! Communication an issue & I think lack of experience, maybe age, led to expectations… Jenny was always respectful in her response to me!

The host’s was amazing and very attentive to any needs from checking in and greet and giving us a warm goodbye. This gem was exactly as described and such a beautiful place to stay. The amenities and little touches were so delightful and convenient. We truly had an amazing trip here 😊

Central Location

The property is a great location to relax or use as a base to travel to surrounding destinations. The kitchen area was great and the laundry was convenient. The pool/jacuzzi area was also very relaxing at the end of the day. We loved it!

Beautiful Casita in Great Location!

I cannot say enough good things about this casita! Super clean, perfectly stocked with any kitchen or bathroom item you could need. Lovely layout, which compliments the sparkling pool and hot tub just a few steps from the front door. And the host is so hospitable and lovely! I can’t wait to go back!

Ideal location, thoughtful design with an elegant flair

We had a GREAT stay!!! Loved that it was 10 minutes from airport (yet quiet with no jet noises) and close to beach. The casita has so many nice touches, including seamless indoor to outdoor spaces with a wall of glass doors that leads to a tree lined yard w pool and jacuzzi. Lots of privacy but the host was friendly and very accommodating of our needs.

This casita was perfect for our 10-day stay. It is just as beautiful, peaceful & cozy as the pictures show. Natalie, the owner, has thought of everything & is very accommodating. Excellent across the board

This space is charming and for me perfectly located. Fly into LAX and you are there in minutes. Three miles from the coast with light traffic and of course close to the freeway should you miss LA driving. Wonderful host.

Fantastic property

What a great little place

My wife and I needed a place as I was in LA for a medical procedure and needed a few days to recover. So happy we found Natalie’s place. Not only was it very clean and very well stocked with anything you would need. Natalie and her husband were great hosts. We had plenty of privacy but they were close and accommodating if we needed them.

The perfect oasis!

The "casita" was the perfect oasis for working remote for a few days while also relaxing and rejuvenating. Though it was great to explore LA, it was so nice to come back to my own space and pool and lounge in the sun. Natalie was the most thoughtful and lovely host and while very close by, never bothered but made clear she was there if I needed anything. It was a wonderful stay (and the bed was so comfortable)!
