Located on the beach side of A1A, you will be only a quick three minute walk to the beach. Rental includes all beach essentials, making beach days a breeze! If you prefer not to walk, just down the street is Matanzas Beach Ramp with driving access allowed for vehicles with four wheel drive.

St.Augustine Vacation

Our family gathered from Ohio and Arkansas to celebrate birthday and anniversary. A wonderful beach house with all the needed beach toys. Would stay again!

Fabulous Beach getaway

Very spacious, beautifully decorated beach house. Perfect for large families. House had every thing we needed. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Great house! Great location!

Do yourself a favor and rent this home. Clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the beach. The home is everything you expect from a beach house, tastefully decorated, and so much more. The host left books, board games, beach chairs, inflatables, and a beach cart; all really useful if you are coming from out of town or you just don’t want to bring all those bulky items with you. The beach is walking distance; but even better than that is the vehicle beach ramp which is located right next to the house. If you are driving a 4x4 you can drive on the beach and park your car right on the beach. We can’t wait to rent this home again! Effortless rental process and a great host. We found our summer home.
