Casa Avi is owned and operated by a small family who moved to the Cayman Islands over 20 years ago. We have been in the hospitality industry, collectively, for well over 20 years and we built Casa Avi right on the beach with the intention of creating a perfectly relaxing escape for those visiting the island. We live right across the road so are available 24/7 for any support you may require.
We have many contacts across the island which allow us to organize anything you need from chartered fishing trips to private chefs to inhouse masseuses.
We are always happy to help answer questions about the house or the island itself so please don't hesitate to reach out!

Casa Avi is located on the beach on a quiet road in Bodden Town, Grand Cayman. It is perfectly equidistant between the east and west side of the island and a short 10 minute drive away from a shopping center, liquor store and pharmacy.
What makes this property unique
Casa Avi boasts uninterrupted views of the ocean on a secluded beach. Snorkeling, kayaking and fishing is available right in front of the property.
Casa Avi also was carefully curated and features modern artwork and sculptures by renowned artist Avril Ward.
A floating staircase connects the main dining area to the upstairs TV room and a dumb valet allows easy transfer of drinks/food items in a basket from the kitchen to the downstairs pool/chill out area.
