About this property

Turtle Cove Open Floor Plan 2bed/2bath Turtle Cove Villa Pet Friendly

Local resident owned. We love the SC low country and everything it offers. From biking, fishing, boating, and beach to the stunning golf and tennis Kiawah offers more to do than any other beach community.

We have owned the condo since 1995 and recently spent over 100k in renovating it and making it what we feel is one of the nicest villas in Kiawah. No expenses were spared from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Large screen TV and Bose stereo make the living room come to life.

The bedrooms are configured with a Queen in the Master and twin beds in the front bedroom. Also there are two pull out sofas in the living area. There are two leather recliners to relax on.

The location is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Great restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short car ride to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina.

There are two available parking spaces in the adjacent parking lot.

Perfect for Your Next Junior Tennis Tournament

Quiet, clean, easy access to Roy Barth Tennis Center. Perfect place for a family with USTA tennis tournament players. Lovely view of pond from kitchen. Comfortable sitting area with large leather recliners. We loved that we could bring our pup. Great communication with Tom. Very reasonable price for quality and convenience. A+

Great last minute stay

Decided to take a quick 3-day trip to Kiawah at the last minute and was fortunate to find this little place with great reviews. It was very clean and close to the Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Cove golf course and Night Hebron Park. Place was clean and stocked with the basics. Only wish it had a porch so you could sit outside. And a toaster. There also wasn’t any beach gear, but we called The Sanctuary Hotel and they set up beach chairs and an umbrella (and towels) for $40/day, so that was nice. We had a lovely time.

Nice place

The place was mostly clean but had one smashed cockroach that was your welcome to spare room. Blow dryer does not work and shower in main bath doesn’t drain properly. About 1/2 mile walk to beach but you have to bring own beach chairs and wagon. Not a lot of places to eat on Kiawah so be prepared to cook or have a long wait for restaurants. Overall condo was average.

Perfect for our family

The owner, Tom was amazing and very responsive. The unit was clean and appeared as the pics showed. It’s in a great location very close to the Sanctuary, tennis, and the beach. I’m t was easy to navigate around the island on the many bike trails. The only negative I could think of is the TV’s are a bit dated and don’t allow for streaming Netflix, etc It may have been nice to have the steaming capability during the times it rained but that is the only negative I could come up with. Overall great stay and we’d come back again and stay in the same unit.

Super pet-friendly location!

We love coming to Kiawah, and being able to bring our dog makes it so much more special. Tom was great to work with, and we had a great family Thanksgiving. The unit is convenient to the beach, and the view onto the pond was fantastic for birding. Having a full kitchen made cooking for the holiday easy. There was plenty of room for us, and we’d happily come back!
